ProSource Launches New Education Team and Platform to Transform Integrator Training
ProSource, the leading audio/video and integration buying group, is thrilled to unveil its groundbreaking education initiative: a new ProSource Education team and platform. Designed to set a new standard for integrator and vendor training, this program focuses on practical tools, real-world application, and transformative education.

A Vision for Impact
“For years, my mission has been to help manufacturers in the CI and retail space create impactful education—training that goes beyond product understanding to focus on effectively communicating value to clients,” said Brett Bjorkquist, newly appointed Director of Training at ProSource. “Rebuilding ProSource University and Academy offered a unique opportunity to develop a program that provides actionable skills and confidence, benefiting both businesses and individual growth.”

Meet the Education Team
To achieve this ambitious vision, Brett assembled a team of industry experts with a shared passion for education:

  • Chaz deVerdier: With over a decade of experience in integrator training and CEDIA programs, Chaz brings unmatched technical expertise.
  • Mary Ann Paris: A seasoned course developer who co-created CEDIA’s IST and CIT training, Mary Ann adds synergy through her longstanding collaboration with Chaz.
  • Brian Kjaer: With a background in speakers, lighting, and integrator relationships, Brian completes the team, ensuring the platform meets diverse industry needs.

What Members Can Expect
The new education initiative will debut at the March Summit, themed “focUS,” with several opportunities for member interaction:

  • Live Presentation: An overview of available tools and how they can grow your team and business.
  • 1:1 Consultations: Personalized demonstrations of the platform and feedback sessions.
  • Quarterly Updates: Insights into upcoming features to keep members ahead of industry trends.

“This platform reflects what makes ProSource special as a member-run organization,” said Brett. “It’s built to inspire growth, engagement, and understanding through practical, real-world applications that make an immediate impact.”
