NEW TECHNICIAN TRAINING
About New Technician Training
New Technician Training is an in-person basic training for new installers in Richmond, Virginia. The Academy will allow technicians to gain hands-on experiences in a safe learning environment. Coursework is organized around classroom learning, a workbench practice zone and practical assessments designed to send the new employee back to their company armed with the tools they need to be a productive member of the team. Candidates must complete all pre-requisite courses in ProSource University before attending the in-person Academy.

- Structural Integration
- Cable Management
- Thermal Management

Registration & Cancellation Fees
Effective 1/1/25, the registration fee for ProSource Academy will be $499.00 per person, per session.
Cancellations made 15 business days before the session start date will receive a partial refund of 50% of the registration fee ($249.50). Cancellations made after the 15 business day cut-off period will forfeit the registration fee.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT BOOTCAMP
About Project Management Bootcamp
Project Management Bootcamp provides a focused learning environment where participants will delve into project management’s core principles and practices at our facility in Richmond, Virginia. Geared towards individuals with Continuous Improvement (CI) experience seeking a deeper understanding of the project management role, this boot camp offers an opportunity to strengthen project management competencies and develop effective leadership techniques.
Project Management Bootcamp Includes:
Duration: 2-Day In-Person Training
Participants will engage in hands-on activities and collaborative exercises using a real-world project scenario throughout the program. By working through each phase of the project management lifecycle, attendees will gain valuable insights into the processes, methodologies, and best practices employed in successful project management. Every aspect of the project management discipline will be explored from project initiation to closure, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
In addition to the project management curriculum, the boot camp significantly emphasizes leadership competencies and best practices for leading and managing teams. Participants will learn essential skills to effectively communicate, motivate, and inspire their teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
