THE LEARNING CENTER
The keystone of the LTC is ProSource’s Lighting Technology and Learning Center in the Dallas World Trade Center. Purpose-built to host lighting training sessions, the Learning Center also serves as a laboratory and model showroom for ProSource members. The incredible immersive environment looks and feels like a luxury home and is packed with numerous technologies and techniques for learning. Behind the scenes access reveals multiple control paradigms and lighting wiring systems for hands-on learning. Quite simply, the brand-new Learning Center is set to catapult the industry forward, with ProSource members at the center.
LIGHTING LAUNCHPAD
Lighting Launchpad is a training unlike any other in the industry. Led by Light Can Help You & ProSource member mentors, this three-day, in-person curriculum is a step-by-step lighting business accelerator.
- Day 1 will focus on starting, marketing, & managing your lighting business. This day is best suited for business leaders and sales managers to attend.
- Day 2 will focus on the sales process from start to finish - lead qualification, design, budgeting, & closing the deal. Vendor partners will collaborate, either in person or via video chat, to discuss their company's purchasing process. This day is best suited for business leaders and sales managers.
- Day 3 will focus on the implementation of the lighting design into the final project, including sessions on construction basics, scene setting, aiming, and final deliverables. This day is best suited for business leaders and project managers.
Each membership may send up to three attendees per session to cover the training’s different areas of focus.
