What You Need to Know about the Fusion Audio Video COVID-19 Response

Out of concern for our customers’, our employees’, and our families’ wellbeing, please read,
understand, and follow all the guidance we are providing in this communication. Also, please be aware that our customers are concerned about the steps we are taking during this health emergency. Many have asked us to officially inform them of our response. You’ll find the details of our current response plan below:
 Senior Management is daily monitoring COVID-19 outbreak and guidance information provided
by SCDHEC and NCDHHS. We will adjust our response when circumstances warrant.
 All employees are on a normal work schedule and are expected to report for work unless you
are sick or may have had contact with someone who is or may be positive for COVID-19.
(See important “What to Do” notes below.)
 Do NOT use company communication channels to spread jokes or unsubstantiated rumors
about this health crisis.

 WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE SICK:
1. STAY AT HOME. Do NOT report to work!
2. Notify the Fusion office you are sick via email. Send your email to the following
addresses:

NOTE: Normal PTO policy will apply to your absence.
3. If your symptoms progress (fever increases/persists, shortness of breath becomes severe) immediately contact your medical care provider and request a COVID-19 testing assessment.
4. Follow the testing or home care guidance of your medical care provider.
5. If you receive positive test results, remain at home or under direct medical care as advised by your medical care provider. Do NOT go out in public.
6. Notify the Fusion office of the care plan ordered by your medical care provider.
7. Stay at home until all symptoms have completely resolved.
8. Notify the Fusion office via email when you are ready to return to work and wait for
company approval.
9. When you receive an email approval from the Fusion office, you may resume normal
work schedule. Do NOT return to work without this approval

 WHAT TO DO IF YOU SUSPECT OR ARE CERTAIN YOU’VE HAD CONTACT WITH SOMEONE
EXPOSED TO COVID-19:
1. STAY AT HOME. Do NOT report to work!
2. Notify the Fusion office you are sick via email. Send your email to the following
addresses:

NOTE: Normal PTO policy will apply to your absence.
3. Except for urgent reasons, remain at home for a minimum of 14 days total.
4. If flu-like symptoms develop, follow the instructions provided under “What to do if you
are sick.”
5. If after 14 days of self-quarantine you’ve had NO symptoms, notify fusion via email that you are ready to return to work and wait for company approval.
6. When you receive an email approval from the Fusion office, you may resume normal work schedule. Do NOT return to work without this approval
 While at work, employees are expected to follow common health hygiene practices including:
– Wash your hands frequently
– Avoid close contact with anyone who is sick
– Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
– Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and throw the tissue away immediately after use.
– Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using household cleaning spray or wipe. (Your phone/tablet, vehicle surfaces, etc.)
 Certain Company meetings will be cancelled to reduce larger gatherings of employees. You will be updated as these cancellations occur. At this point cancelled meetings include:
– Tuesday morning team meetings are cancelled until further notice.
– March 19th Team Night
 Complete and return the attached Employee Health Questionnaire to the Fusion Office by no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday March 18th. (Hard copies are available at the front desk.)
 Please let anyone in the office or Sr. Management know if you have any special needs or requests during this emergency.
